Sandy Darrell has many years of teaching experience and successfully completed a six month intensive teacher training program in the UK training as a Kadampa teacher. She is a gentle, compassionate teacher whose wisdom brings her teachings to life.

About the course

In this popular 3-week course, designed for beginners and those wishing to go back to meditation basics, you will:

  • learn the essentials of Buddhist meditation practice
  • gain experience of a different meditation technique each week
  • take away practical tools to apply in daily life
  • find that you can successfully maintain a balanced, peaceful mind and a positive approach to all that life offers you

Each class will include guided meditations, a talk and a chance to ask questions.
