Declutter Your Mind

Spring cleaning is not just for your home! Gen Delek will guide meditations and explain ways of thinking that will help you declutter your mind this spring.

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed with all the responsibilities, decisions and choices we have to make from day to day. Difficult people and challenging situations take up a lot of mental space, and it’s hard to think clearly and act wisely.

By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? In this course, we will discover the natural spaciousness and peace of our own mind.

Learn how to enjoy a calm, clear, uncluttered mind by making time and space for meditation in your daily life!

When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. This feeling of contentment and well-being helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
