Finding Inner Stillness
In our fast-paced, multi-tasking world, we rarely find time just to sit and be still. With so many demands and challenges in our daily life our mind often feels like a balloon in the wind — blown here and there by external circumstances. We feel happy when things go well, and despondent when they don’t, reacting to the people and things around us.
The remarkable thing is, our root mind is naturally peaceful, just as the ocean is always peaceful beneath the waves. In meditation, we get to experience this peaceful mind and find it immensely restorative, refreshing and empowering. It’s like a precious jewel at our heart from which love, kindness, patience, and wisdom naturally arise, affecting everything that we think, say and do.
In this short course, learn how to access this precious mind and enjoy its stillness and clarity. It is an inner wealth, our most precious possession, with which we can accomplish the real meaning of our human life.
