The Peace of Concentration
Concentration is at the heart of meditation. Without it, we accomplish very little, whether in our daily activities or on a spiritual path. But by gradually improving our concentration, we can enjoy greater peace, clarity and inner strength, both in meditation and in everyday life.
In this weekend retreat, we will explore how to overcome distractions and improve our concentration. Through teachings and guided meditations, we will discover how to build an easy and impactful meditation practice, improve our concentration, and deepen our experience of inner peace.
This retreat will be ideal for beginners. Because of the space and time given to training in concentration, it will also be very helpful and rewarding for those wishing to improve their meditation practice.
