From Isolation to Connection

Isolation can feel like a very lonely place, while connection warms our heart and allows it to open. Becoming aware of the kindness we encounter every day and throughout our lives is a powerful way to cultivate connection and overcome feelings of isolation. As we begin to recognize these acts of kindness, our minds open, fostering a sense of connection with others and helping to dissolve loneliness. In this course, Gen Sanden will guide us on how to reflect on the kindness we’ve received, allowing us to realize that we are not isolated individuals, but deeply interconnected with those around us.

Everyone is welcome to this course. Previous experience with meditation is ***not*** required. Please join us!
