Grief
The experience of loss is universal, and grief is a natural response. Grief is painfully familiar to most of us, and it challenges our well-being.
The end of a relationship, separation from loved ones, or the death of a friend or relative can leave us feeling devastated – as if we can never find a way back to a balanced and peaceful mind. The effect of such events can dominate our life for much longer than we wish.
This course will explain methods to deal with the inevitable winds of change and loss in our lives – so we can understand and move through our grief, heal our pain, and find renewed purpose and meaning.
This course includes teachings and guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
