Transforming Depression from Within
Some of us occasionally feel blue. Others of us struggle daily with feelings of despair. Buddha’s wisdom offers great insight into the mind and teaches us how to gradually disrupt these painful minds that may seem such a part of who we are. In this course, we will investigate key Buddhist teachings for working with our minds of depression and despair.
Gen Sanden will explore practical strategies and meditations for starting the path to discovering our own source of happiness within. Beyond simply coping, beyond simply managing, we have the potential to greatly reduce and even eradicate these minds altogether and to radically transform how we relate to ourselves and others.
Everyone is welcome!
