Healing Grief with Buddhist Wisdom
Grief touches all of our lives. When we lose someone or something we love, it can leave us feeling as though the world we knew has suddenly changed.
Buddha’s teachings offer a compassionate and practical way to understand loss and work with the painful emotions that can accompany it. Rather than trying to push grief away, we can learn how to relate to it with wisdom, patience and a peaceful mind.
In this course, we will explore Buddhist teachings and meditations that can help us understand impermanence, the nature of attachment, and how the love we feel does not need to disappear when circumstances change. We can learn to hold our memories with gratitude, transform sadness into compassion, and gradually find meaning within our experience of loss.
Through Buddhist meditation and wisdom, grief itself can become part of a journey toward greater love, acceptance and inner peace.
